I once read the defination of three rappers of BTS on yt comments. It was something like; "Suga will straight up tell you that you are sh*t, RM will explain to you why you are sh*t and JHOPE will tell you that it's okay to be sh*t." and it fits soo well.
This is about the misuse of anger. Haters using their anger for petty things (like hating on BTS) when they could use that anger for important things that could make the world a better place. Anger can be a good thing if it's used for the right reason.
There's a mistake where they first show J-Hope jumping in at 4:07. That's actually STILL SUGA rapping, not J-Hope. If you watch the live version you can see it's Suga. You should watch them do this live at the Yet To Come Busan concert! So good!
As army since 10 years i want say :There is a small note when we talk about (BTS), we are definitely talking about the giants of K-Pop (GK-Pop) because they pave the way for everyone... Namjoon (the leader of BTS) wrote 228 songs recorded in his name and he is the youngest Asian artist in history to do this. This is the simplest of his achievements. .. Jin, who is a Bluesem singer for my world and the vocal team // Suga, the genius producer // Hope, the best dancer in history // Jimin, the beautiful vocals and the charming voice // Taehyung, nicknamed (a baritone legend)) // And finally, Jeon Jungkook, the golden maknae, who is the youngest member of the band and has many talents. Talent along with his charming voice.. They are seven, they are paving the way, they are the kings of K-pop and pop
one of the things most impresive about j-hope is that of the three rappers, he's the only who didn't rap before bts, like rm and suga, still he learned VERY WELL and is one of the most creative and best rappers
In as much as J-hope is proud of his dancing, he should be very proud of his rapping as well. He's very versatile. Although rappers have their signature style, i like that Hobi switches it up. Like RM has that deep voice and/or a belter, Suga with his tongue technology, and J-hope being flexible between them. Hobi fills up what's lacking, ads variety, and completes the whole mood/vibe. And that's why BTS songs don't sound boring. Btw, "feces" is another name for poop. 💩😅 I mean poop is the slang term.
You should see DKDKTV's explanation. It's quite deeper than just a song about haters. There's a lot of Korean meaning that you can't grasp as a foreigner
I knew this would be the next one. There is an explanation video of this song, very recomendable to watch for understand the meaning of it. And the live version of this is chef's kiss. I'm glad you're watching too. Thanks for the reaction!

Your brother's remarks are on point. The song is about the evil in the world and how misplaced hate instead of killing the roots of evil is being wasted by the people who use it selfishly, i.e. for petty ego-centric reasons (ref. 2Pac)
I like that you two really try to understand thee message. Good job! Keep up the good effort! Another vote for DKDKTV explanation. Understanding the meaning really solidified this song as a hype and anthem for me.
The brother on the right is nailing it. It is about, so much evil in the world to hate on, why haters waste energy in singers, actors or people that simply live as they want. Making hate so commonly used desensitised people from real hate. Like when we see so much the horrors of war on TV that it does not make the same impact as it should anymore. Making common what should never be common, there are humans behind sufering those horrors
They are speaking about the hate being wasting hate in stupid things like social media so that people are getting acustomed to hate so that the rage need it for importante causes to change importan issues in the World not making it goal because people is devaluating anger itself

At first glance I thought the black t-shirt guy is Cole from My Life with the Walter Boys. He looks a lot like him. Usually I don’t watch reaction video's but seeing your honest reactions it really made me give's you my opinion too. I just watch all your reaction video's. I like how you guy's are so attentive & sincerely share your thoughts with so openly and try to see the things with different perspective, try to understanding the videos bcz their concept story is so deep & their music videos are connected to each other, also the detailing about even small thing's. I really appreciate both of your genuine reactions. I'm fan of BTS since 2015 and I saw their journey it's really so incredible. Not just their music is amazing but their words, the way they talk about social issues, mental health, self love, their speeches, their work everything are inspiring. If possible you can introduce the video with your good initial names or with your group name. Looking forward to see your different content. Lot's of support from India😊
My favorite things about the tones in BTS rapline: RM: deep husky voice Suga: frequent tonal changes, going from low up to swooping yelps, plus making even his sharp breath intakes part of his rap j-hope: the growl and grit in his rap The lyrics on many fan-made lyric videos like this one aren't very good or accurate translations, and they don't always get it right about who is actually performing a verse - for instance, Suga performed the entire opening verse, j-hope was inaccurately highlighted as performing part of it
This is so good and satisfying. you guys are doing a great job.after all these years i finally found some genuine reaction videos. Keep going guys. I'm waiting for more from you.
I also think that the song is not just about haters. It's more about their feeling towards haters. They used to be angry about them, but now they think being angry about haters is useless. They are not important enough to be angry about. It's wasted anger so to speak. If you wanna be angry, there's enough evil in the world you can bei angry about.
Hi. It's great to hear new perspectives on things you thought you knew. Like the comment made about this being spewed out or talking about haters in general, but also perhaps about the greater 'evil' in the world. It sounds apt. And fitting, too. Thank you for this. You take care, yah?

Hi guys just an fyi. All the color coded music is fan made an a lot of the times incorrect because they don't research first. Imo watching the live will show you exactly who's singing and sounds so much better! "Ugh" has a explanation video by DkDkTv. Actually this channel does many explanations for Bts lyrics. They now go by The Rice Squad. Great reaction...✌💜 Edited spelling error.
I'm really liking the way in which you guys discuss the lyrics to this song. Isn't that what good art should do; make us think? If you want to get a bit more out of the cultural references, I, like others have already suggested, would recommend DKDKTV's explanation. :)
Translating their raps is really hard because there’s a lot of double meanings and things that are specific to Korean culture that are almost impossible to translate. So for this and the cyphers I just enjoy the ride lol
There is SO much cultural context to what they're saying here. But I really appreciate how you guys investigated the meaning on your own. I think it would further deepen understanding of the song by looking at the DKDKTV video, even in your free time. :)
They usually make wordplays in their songs, specially RM, so it is very likely that ugh has that double meaning. For a better understanding, I recommend you to also check explanatory videos of their songs by koreans. You can react to the song and the explanation in the same video, we like it when people really understand the songs and we don't mind long videos at all.
Hi. Saludos.
Live performance wil be out soon!

My favorite things about the tones in BTS rapline:
RM: deep husky voice

The lyrics on many fan-made lyric videos like this one aren't very good or accurate translations, and they don't always get it right about who is actually performing a verse - for instance, Suga performed the entire opening verse, j-hope was inaccurately highlighted as performing part of it

Yeah, there's at least 3 errors in this video.
So for this and the cyphers I just enjoy the ride lol
hope that you can do a live performance
There is SO much cultural context to what they're saying here. But I really appreciate how you guys investigated the meaning on your own.
I think it would further deepen understanding of the song by looking at the DKDKTV video, even in your free time. :)
oh this reaction is amazing, it would be cool to watch your reaction to DKDKTV's explanation
Wahh 🎉💜💜
They usually make wordplays in their songs, specially RM, so it is very likely that ugh has that double meaning. For a better understanding, I recommend you to also check explanatory videos of their songs by koreans. You can react to the song and the explanation in the same video, we like it when people really understand the songs and we don't mind long videos at all.
Você precisa ver também a performance dessa música 👏🏼💜
U guys really need to watch explanation video of this song by dkdktv
You watch live version they are killed it
Hi.
Saludos.
You spotted it right. At 8:10 it was jhope indeed but they kept RM
