The reptile house seems like it would be the oldest area in the park, so it might be cool at the back of thr building to have like a museum/gallery area of old sculptures or something and then a fancier restaurant than just a “fast food” place 😊 great video as always!! ❤️
The interior is absoulutely amazing. But Im not a fan of the tourtoise in the court yard. I thought the courtyard was very relaxing and peaceful and now its just another attraction. I understand moving the tourtoise to open up the back of the building but I think they would do better in the empty spot in the garden at the front of the building. Then you wouldnt need to worry about kids kicking them or them getting stuck in the pond. That would also give the peeps more of a resaon to walk around the path by the Boa Cobra since it would wrap around the enclosure.
Love that idea with the peafowl area too. I realy have to say that your interior design on that building gives me such great museum vibes. In this way that you built that in it realy starts to tell that storry of being an old building that gets kind of repurposed and extendet with that habitats over time. But I have to say that for me the turtles just don't feel right too, especialy on that smal path arround the waterfeature, they feel so out of place over there and realy distrackt from that beautifull garden. I think for such majestic animals as they are they diserved a better habitat.
I'm with you on the tortoises in the courtyard (and mentioning the interior is almost superfluous, still superb). It's a very small area even without all the foliage, so no animal except some fish in the pond fits in properly. Even peafowl would feel claustrophobic. --- DIGRESSION: I think Mike should have a look at the palace garden of Los Reales Alcázares in Sevilla. Right next to the main palace building there are mini-courtyards with different plants in each. And there are peafowl roaming around too, yet they mostly sit on top of the walls because they can't stand being chased by thousands of people on a daily basis --- So I really loved the touch of realism DeLadysigner gave to her original tortoise habitat, a sandy beach with short trees and shrubs. But... it was too large and boxy. In that extension to the back of the reptile house it seemed forced. In my opinion a zoo should primarily take into account the animals' welfare, so perhaps an intermediary solution would be to separate the much-needed restaurant from a smaller tortoise habitat by adding a garden or a natural history section. Squeezing in another animal is just as unethical as a polar bear in the jungle. I sincerely hope that Koali Zoo won't go too much in the theme park direction, lovely as the design and creators are.

Rudi came to Koali Beach and brought something new and inspirational to the series. This time around in Kaoli Zoo, it’s Mike. You’ve really helped to push this project in a great direction.
Mike!! You have an incredably huge talent for this. Rudi, DeLady and Silvar got their forces, but you bring it all together. The one thing that really caught my eyes this time was the entrance to DeLadys building. That view just standing at the entrance just WOW!! I'm looking forward to the next one. Hope that DeLady will be back soon (hurry up with that computer) and that Silvar will be back as well. Kind of need everyones input on these. Can't wait to see what Rudi comes up with (since no big enclosure). Keep it up! :)
Man that rail system, so nice! Not only in it's purpose and design, but the interior ride view itself too, wow! The reptile house now feels so alive, even without the guests. What a gorgeous interior design, making those large areas seem warm/intimate. The raised croc viewing platforms with the benches, and the tortoise courtyard habit, were my favorite parts. Wouldn't mind seeing their traversable area made wider on the long sides and deeper on both the ends, even at the cost of making the pond a little smaller. Wouldn't mind more bush/small tree foilage along the walls, too, as long as it wouldn't block the ground-level view of that wonderful back wall/arch. Overall fantastic work again Mike, turning the amazing into the amazing & beautiful. Thanks for sharing! :)
The way you did the railway/transport is really cool. Can't wait to see what is done with the stations. I'm also really fond of that overview at the end that shows the river stretching out as a long feature, it's going to really draw the eye from the entrance. And the circular flower bed--sue me, I love the flowers, no matter what. ;)
It feels like the garden to the right of the front entrance would be the perfect place to have a picnic rather than having to eat at the presumably crowded food courts
Love all the floors! One quick thing is that the tortoises need a sheltered place out of the way of all the people to sleep and keep their stress levels down. In general, you couldn't really do this is a real zoo because the tortoises WILL be climbed on, laughed at, kicked, thrown in the water etc. unfortunately. Also, I know it compromises the look quite a bit, but a low wall around the water would be necessary if you were going to do this, but I suggest you just move them somewhere else instead where they won't be harassed. Love your work Mike, but here it seems you forgot the first rule of modern zoos: animals are not decorations.

i like that idea for caffe area, if i may, i would like to propose one thing, Mike you said if you have to you will make bigger eating area for caffe furder to the path, i think you shouldnt, you should make like caffe in area that already have roof, but open up walls, if you understand me, dont close whole building leave to side without wall just for exemple some big glass, and then make like garden area for them to eat like with banches and it will open up view to rest of path and train station and i think it whould be nice while they eat to have a view of train station and path because it is simply nice perspective :)i hope you get what i say P.S. sry for bad english and you guys are doing AMAIZING job for real, love it
Cool looking monorail for sure, but looks a bit unrealisting as Mike got bored doing all those custom supports for it so its just levitating on most of its length. Trash problem on that bridge might get solved if you just sank couple of invisible trashbin on it, they still would use them, right? That "meat counter" on Reptile house entrance was hilarious? No croc-burger vendor though? :P One thing Frontier could add on one of its DLC woul be: Actual working rotating sealing fans? Now that I have looked that entrance for awhile, one thing I might have changed on my own is: That opaque red floor is for sure improvement, but someting on my mind shouts it should have reddish stone granite floor? Is there such piece on game? And to make it look really polished, I would replace those opaque ones with transparent and put that stone underneath it. Good, good! Finally that stone floor on Gharial viewing area! One thing I wonder on that area? Looks a bit weird as those stone columns between glasses are not aligned to top part of a glass? Shouldn't put those vendor shops straight on the main path, though? No the queuees are gonna block the path that looks ugly.

Do you think it is possible that you put pictures from the building, before you change it, in the Video as you did in the Last Video? I can look at Ladys Last Video but it would helpfull to see before and After together.😊 The only thing I'm not so happy with it, is that the tortoise habitat isn't there now. I love the one from lady😊 But I understand that you wanted to have a food court there. Food and Drinks are verry important for Planet zoo😅
You should also do an Galapagos Tortise exibith as a real Zookeeper i love them both you could have the together with the aldabra or on the other side.

Every time I watch these videos I realize the lack of Quality of life items in this game that was in PC. Like the barriers that stopped people from walking into items on the paths.
Wow ok. This is another level already. It really shows the difference between a Planco player and a designer. Very nice upgrading. I also love that there's at least one person caring about the whole place as a single ensemble, because so far it feels a bit disjointed. I only wonder why you always put closed doors tho. Isn't there a way to leave doors open or semi-open? Or is that a single flat object?
Unfortunately they designed doors to be flat. Whereas they fixed that later with Ghostbusters and worlds fair... planzoo has no such door, they'd all have to be custom and frankly we just don't have the pieces yet
