@@DGxxxK1 I fish for pike in Canada as well. Don't see the point of a drag stuttering under load. Makes the whole thing feels like a $14 reel from Aliexpress.
@@DGxxxK1 In Europe, Canada or Africa, its all the same lol. The line is not supposed to skip. Its supposed to come out smoothly. Its by skipping that you will be getting more breakages because for one second the line is too loose from the "skip", the next second you tighten your drag, it doesn't skip, and you line breaks. If the line give is always equal, and is only dependant on how tight your drag is set, there is no possible way of losing your fish from line breakage. Oiling drag is a very beginner mistake, just like oiling spool and side plate bearings with high viscosity oils.

Casitas kategóriákkal jobb orsó a BlueMax-nál. Azzal bátran suhintgathatsz és nem kell állítgatni sem minden csalicserénél.

Never put oil on drag washers, it'll skip under load.
yes, this is what i want. In Europe, we usually fish for pike with thin lines and the slippery brake is important.

@@Sticky_White_Stuff if the brake does not slide, the fish will break the thin line. We in europe prefer it that way.
