Why not dip your ring blanks into the resin and see if that doesn't solve your problem? You can hold the platform part and just dip the part that wraps around your finger and maybe even include the bottom of the blank base too. Resin that thin will stay flexible but if they are for yourself, get the size adjusted perfectly first. It should work if you let them drip well before they set. You can hang them with a magnet to cure.
