Loved watching how willing the horse was. His responses were slow but solid, especially loved the 360’s . The first thing I noticed about the rider was her stirrups need to come down a notch. She wouldn’t have bounced in the saddle as much if they were longer.
Anyone else notice that her stirrups are way too short. They need dropped at least one, possibly two, notches. Because of this, she isn't able to use her legs correctly to control her seat. I was quite surprised by the horses ability to work the cow considering his size and long legs. He does a pretty nice job. I personally feel that the riders balance isn't making the horses job any easier. I also felt that the rider could stand to give the horse a clear leg command and rather than using coaxing type commands. At least that is my interpretation. I agree, with others, I think the cow was a bit difficult to work but the horse was giving a good effort.
I'm sorry, I really like that horse and his calm attitude, but that cow. Wonderful little thing, I like its temperament even though it is challenging to work on
