Hi! Facebook has now made it to where you have to leave one prefill question (you can't delete all of them). So just delete all but one of the prefill questions, but make sure you still ask all questions in the custom questions section.
Unfortunately, you can't delete the section as a whole. And I believe now Facebook is making you keep at least one contact information question under the prefilled section, so you can just leave that as email or something but make sure you ask for the contact info you want (number or email) in the Questions section above it.
Great vid. Currently doing leads campaign but to a landing page with name, email and another question in hopes of increasing the quality of the lead. Been doing Great, lots and lots of leads but they are not converting. Do you think it's a good idea to only target a purchase look-alike audiences for a lead campaign, figured the quality will be soooooooo much better and they will convert into paying customers more, is it something you tried recently? Currently, I let FB do its thing and left it broad, USA

Hey there! Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the only things you can do in that instance are see if there's anybody else that was an admin on the page that can add you back or if not, reach out to Facebook Support and see if they can help you.
Can someone help? I am creating a form and the last page on user end says "you can now exit the form or visit our website" but nowhere on the form or ad creation did it ask for a URL....
Hey there! I've got our lead form pulled up right now. Under the "Message for leads" section, you should see Headline, Description and Additional Action. Under Additional Action, make sure "go to your website" is selected, and then underneath that it says Link where you enter the destination URL.

Hey there! We use lookalike audiences for almost all of our clients! They are typically the most profitable cold audience you can target on Facebook.

Yes, if you watch the tutorial in this video you will see that this is done in Ads Manager under the Leads campaign.
