Yeah, passing out in a hangar in your green pyjamas doesn't really seem to fall inline with the whole ethos of reserves being just as valued as the regulars.

Why do reserves graduate in MTP’s? Wouldn’t it be good if even No 2 Working Blues were worn.

I believe there is an option to join a pass out parade with the regular recruits. It's another week's training so not many reserves do it
