#2024 #JettaSEL - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Great review, I have the 24 Taos SE and absolutely love it .
Great vid, as always! I had a 22’ Jetta SEL as my first car and it was fantastic value for money (comfort, tech, fuel economy!!, overall ride). The BIGGEST miss for me was the lack of rear/front parking sensors… it’s criminal imo.
Edit: forgot to mention but the most underrated feature is the tilted/angled infotainment display towards the driver. Those few angles make a world of difference. Also boot space is insane.
You do great reviews.
Thanks so much 🙏🏻
Will the rear lights blink if someone pulls up quickly behind you when car is parked?
We bought my son a new. 2019 SEL. After 3 kids and 3 VW since, we are looking at one for ourselves. We’ve bought 4 vehicles with a total of about 200,000 miles and only one trip to the dealer for all four. We live in Kentucky and we found the best selection there in Louisville and were looking at this one. Now I see the interior. Nice. VW is making some good vehicles. The styling isn’t overdone and I don’t have to worry about a strike interfering with my ability to get parts or causing additional cost spikes. VW dealers aren’t adding huge premiums to their prices either. Good review. I hope the Jetta keeps some buttons. Too many menus for too many functions isn’t good, IMO.
Let me know what’s the on road price and fuel efficiency?
Enjoyed your review of the SEL. When you consider this car sold for$28.090 in 2019. It would be a bargain at today's price of $28.825.
Hey man! Any thing different on the 2024 SEL than the 2023? I just purchased my 2023 SEL 2 weeks ago since they didnt have the 2024 but i dont think im missing out on anything for the SEL ? thank you
I discussed the few differences between ‘23 & ‘24.
TL;DR: IQ.Drive is standard in 2024, changed to a synthetic leather, auto dimming rearview mirror.
I think you’re fine!
How much u paid??
I have 2021 vw jetta it has problem : Show gas full every time - Radio not working - voice control not working and more problem... Can you help me ?
I’m sure it’s still under warranty. I would take it to service
Top shelf review. Thanks!
I like most of the car. But that gloss black and faux leather aka plastic steering is a deal breaker.
Really appreciate it 🙏🏻
Nothing has changed since 2019. Thought they were gunna refresh for 2024. Not complaining though I loveee my 2019 SE
2022 was a facelift year. New engine, new front end, more options inside.
I am very very close to buying a Volkswagen Jetta. I just about made up my mind. It is a question of one first choice red second choice white third choice blue for choice light gray. I like my instrument panel set to metric. Can I do that in the new Volkswagen Jetta?
You do that to any car.
Of course you can set metric or standard. I have a 2022 Jetta and am waiting on my delivery of a 2024 Highline. My only small beef is the clock can't be set to 24 hours. Only AM and PM.
30k affordable? ha
When the average price of a new car is 50% more, yes it is affordable.
The SEL sold for $28,090, in 2019. Today's MSRP 28.825. makes it appear to be a bargain.
You’re more than welcome to buy the base model for 20k, if you feel so inclined. Same engine, just nothing fancy.
30k isn’t expensive for a new car bro if you ain’t got it just say that
How’s the sound system? Bose?
beats
Can you get the sport trim with the blind spot monitoring?
Late but 2024 iirc made safety features standards on all trims unlike 2023 where (which I have a2023 sport and it was an optional upgrade)
I get that they just did a major refresh for 2022 with the new engine and whatnot, but it sucks see see there's not any new features,. Yeah the lowest trim gets some new features, but they're not new to the Jetta overall.
What ain’t broke don’t try and fix it! A Standard Jetta is a affordable vehicle with the best gas mileage.
Ice vehicles
@@WarrenMI84 fair point, I have a 2023 Jetta and I look at it as not an upgrade, but I get how anyone coming from say a 2017 model would see it that way. I guess I know too many people that upgrade their cars every year or two like it’s a cell phone 🤣🤣
6 speakers? doesn't this trim come with 9 speakers?
I just test drove this vehicle today. Yes, it has 8 speakers and a sub. System is by Beats Audio. I had the same reaction when he said 6 speakers. Unless, it is an option but the sales rep said all of the SELs had the same features.
what did you think of the set up? lot of reviewers hate on it, but fail to realize they drive hundreds of cars, and we test drive maybe 3-5.@@a4merbull
@@corybureau4124personally i liked it. Good eq settings too: treble, mid, bass, subwoofer
2021 sel more luxury than new one's
Blah, blah, I'm a "valley Girl" monologue.
Huh?? 😭
