Gonna watch this later, cause i watch all your videos(eventually) but just felt the urge to comment what a beautiful painting that is! Looking forward to watching the vid later on.
Your third step is the apex of painting. Thousands of hours. Many don’t want to put in those years, yes years, of work. Your entire painting life is a “ work in progress. You never learn it all. never. Failures are a blessing. Contestant success teaches you nothing. Nice painting. Great color choices
Hey Chelsea. Thanks for another great video. I also have some feedback though. The framing when you talk to camera is really distracting. There's too much space above your head and your chin often gets cut off. It has the effect of making it seem like you're talking at us through a letterbox. Maybe angle the camera down and move it further back. Or maybe this is only bothering me. It's just my opinion so please feel free to ignore it. I've been watching your videos for a few years and really love your content, so I hope this comes across as helpful feedback from a fan rather than criticism from a hater 😊
Love her art. but honestly, many of her videos are advertising, and sound like marketing. I think background music can also be more alive, to keep us exited, and the narrative less "academia" and more relatable. I get it, today's artists need every bit of business, I do believe business will follow an energetic confident artist....
This painting has a wonderful sense of cool reflective light hitting the face. Very inspiring work.
Lovely portrait! Skin tones in the shadow and the dappled light are just beautiful.
I feel inspired by your words and this painting in particular. You've really mastered backlit subjects!
I have said this before, I am not an oil painter, but these videos are in alignment with where I am and I get a lot out of them.
Love your amazing brush strokes and the color in your oil paintings ❤❤❤

“Energetic” music makes me stop watching. This isn’t TikTok, it doesn’t need to be flashy.
