I appreciate the effort for doing video in such informative and sensitive topics.✌🏼✌🏼 I am adding some small mistakes i found in what you shared. I think it is important to share criticisms or mistakes to avoid confusion.
1. Push up bra's can be used by heavy bust person to avoid the sagging look.
2. The hooks have to be adjusted according to our body size. We don't have 31,33,35 right? So we have to adjust it to 1st, 2nd or 3rd hooks to fit correctly to our body.

Point 1. yes you are correct.. but push up bra is not only for heavy bust... it gives a fuller look for people with small bust too. She's not wrong about that.

Also for 2. It is recommended that when you buy a bra, you can opt for the one that fits comfortably while using the last hook (loosest option). As we use, the bra will get stretched and then you can move to the tighter hooks.
