I am in always in awe what you can do with your feet, putting that little tube on the spray can with hands is hard enough and you pop it right on with your feet. Its so enjoyable to watch you work, nothing seems to slow you down. Cant wait to see it run.
I am a mechanically inclined individual and all I can say is bless your soul. The things you do are amazing to watch. I pick things up with my feet and it works. Thanks for all that you do!
Andy, I'm just so focused on every little detail you have to deal with. Just Amazing to watch you put this project together. The part that fell in the oil bucket 😲, oh no. How is Andy gonna get this out without sticking his whole foot in the oil. And you just fished it out like nothing with a straight tool. Blows my mind watching you work. Thank You Andy, Great Video. I'm looking forward to the next one. God Bless!
Awhhh!! What a cliffhanger! Sliding it back together at the last few seconds! Give me more! Great job, love the video! You are such an inspiration to the world! I farmed for 19 years and can only remember the challenges I had day after day - You make them more enjoyable!
Any time I'm feeling sorry for myself, I can always watch one of Andy's videos, this one especially, and not only does it cheer me up, but it really puts things into perspective. This man was beset by incredible tragedy at such an early age, and had every excuse to, justifiably so, live in victimhood, and instead not only persevered through that adversity, but THRIVED. Truely an incredible person in so many ways. The world is less full without you, Andy. RIP.

Can’t wait until that old girl is back working.

I got an 806 Farmall about three years ago and have been working on it when I have time. I have it back in pretty good shape now. I was able to get reprints of all the factory literature available for it including owners manual, shop manuals for every system on the tractor including updated service bulletins and all the parts books from a company called Binder Books. Those books have been a great help to me. I can hardly wait to see your 856 going again. That's a really nice tractor you have. Thanks for all the videos.
Hey Andy- I have been turning a wrench for most of my 65 years. And I can tell you that it doesn't matter where you put the oil bucket, unless it's in another room. If you drop anything, it will find it's way into the bucket!
My dad lost his left hand . Nothing ever stoped him from trying , plus he had me to help hold things that took both hands. I have good use of my hands dut lost the proper use of my legs to CMT. My alternative is to amputate my legs and learn to walk on spring boards. After watching you I am comforted more about loseing the limbs if it comes to that. We humans a very adaptable. It's just getting the mind to accept things and proceed. Your a good insperation , glad they threw your clip in my list of to watch videos.. thanks again.

I like to think I've seen some pretty amazing things in my life.. This video is right up near the top. No joke. I just changed the axle seals on my Wrangler and it took me about 6 hours. .i agree with a new harness. Some new wire coatings are made with sow bean oil and the critters just love it. Not sure how you can really find this out on a pre made harness, especially if it is made over seas. I only mention it because we had a new harness eaten up in a few months on a restored tractor

I had to laugh, because most of us have done the same thing. That linkage on the right side of the clutch shaft, is a transmission brake. If adjusted right, you can shift without grinding gears. That was my biggest complaint about IH transmissions. Our Olivers shifted vey smoothly in comparison.

Hello, I met you at a graduation party years ago. I was looking at a parked corvette and you told me you was going to restore it. You then jumped into a lifted Chevy Blazer, I think white, and drove off. My cousin Tyler Sparks and I then went to another party in an old, large, white, brick house on by the castles. the year I think was 1990. I knew about you prior from my Aunt Linda, Tyler's mom, showing me the Riply's segment of you. I cannot remember if she was your teacher or not??? Anyway, I often wondered how you were doing and was glad I ran across your videos. This tractor sure makes you a great project although I am an A.C. man. Lol Take care

How did you pull that red straw off the side of that can and shove it in the nozzle? Next time I'm struggling to grasp that damn thing, I'm driving up there for some help! Great job Andy!!
When I saw him pick up the can I'm thinking to myself ,no-way ! I gotta stop thinking !!
that's funny cause I was like yeah that was cool he could do something effortless I fumble with.
On top of putting the red straw in he didn't spray anything in the process extremely amazing with hands or feet.
Agreed. I get frustrated with the dang straw. But I bet I'll do it now without throwing it away👍🏼.
