Thank you for doing update videos on how to do things even if they are rehash. It makes it easier to find right instructions online where things are usually all over the place.
Hey i like following you explaining on you tube , but please try to be zooming your terminal interface because most videos you have done the terminal looks too small for me to follow. but i like your explanations on arco destro
it's mind boggling that there are quite a lot of people that truly don't understand, "You choose, it doesn't matter" they've been molded and formed by having many things done for them they can't comprehend making their own choice when setting up a linux box.
You can literally just answer with a tutorial if you know of one, but is it feasible to migrate from manjaro to arco without having to resetup everything? Like my home folder is on a different partition. I work full time, run a small business, and do some counseling in the side, so setting up everything completely again, like downloading my whole steam library, just seems too daunting to move from manjaro to something closer to Arch.
Hello, I have an issue after the installation. The system doesn't apply and save my settings. Like the touchpad scroll direction and the screen resolution. Have anyone encounter this problem?
should add a video to install arcolinux in manual partition.. most people have only one laptop / server at home.. so should add a video regarding how to partition manually and keep one partition with arcolinux. I have a Ryzen 5 / 16 GB DDR4 RAM / 512 GB Storage divided for Windows ( games / streaming 100G) / Arco Linux ( 300 GB Main one) and Kali Linux (100 GB) partitioned
Hey Eric, I really enjoy the detailed videos you do, I even recently tried arcolinux and I really liked it, but as expected I ran into a problem. Well, my problem is I have an old laptop "Acer Aspire ES1-731G-COM8" which is with Intel/Nvidia "hybrid" and with no success I could not configure my nvidia drivers by following your old videos. With the Drivers from the official Nvidia site, an error appeared that it could not build a kernel with or without DKMS, And with the drivers from AUR, either it could not build packages or if I managed to install them, I faced a black screen (stuck boot). And with many other distros it's the same, I'm a newbie to Linux, can you help.
i am not an expert either in all these old pcs and their nvidia drivers luckily for me I have newer pcs and the nvidia-dkms just works on the forum you can post your question and we can try together
hlo sir my question might seem silly but i didnt find any answer of it if i dual boot arco linux with win 11 in laptop and something goes wrong lets assume installation failed can i go back to windows 11 .
do not dual boot it sounds important that you keep your Windows intact Use virtual machines to learn about Linux on Windows save up and later buy a second computer for Linux
@@ErikDubois actually am student and i cant afford second computer and am using your hyprland iso from almost 1 month in vm. but hyprland is not optimized for virtual box so i face many problems. i dont see any other better option than dual booting
He taught more in these 45 min than the Arch forum has ever.

Thank you very much for the most detailed video I have ever seen. I immediately subscribed both of your channels (YT and Odysee).
After I broke my system for the fourth time, I decided that I need to drink from the cup of knowledgeI think I'm in the right place. Thank you
