This was their best time, Achtung Baby was phenomenal and ZOO TV served its purpose of allowing them to evolve but I’ll always come back to this era…87-89….Bonos voice, the music, the time.
very random, but 9:04, Bono looks like he's pretending to draw on his leg with his finger haha... it just looks funny to watch what the other members do while it's not their turn haha.
..And AGAIN, at 2:13 sec Bono discusses the age of television to get the message across...it's interesting to see a band working off the cuff in terms of concepts that would later become solidified within the albums and tours it creates. But at the time, it's just talk and ideas. This interview, in retrospect, is much like sitting in on band meetings, discussing "what's next" for U2. Like all band meetings, sometimes incredibly insightful and exciting, other times...predictable and dull. A -
I love U2 the best band ever ❤️
Larry’s a huge input here..

Thank you ♥️
the greatest band in terms of thought❤
Such a long interview - feel for them
U2 is so wise, intelligent, opinionated! That's great!❤
BONO IS DEFINITELY 'THE LEADER OF THE BAND'!
Not just your average band, as this interview proves. Articulate and insightful even then.
8:00...
Thanks from Poland...
Dołączam się do podziękowań❤.
I don't feel fortunate! When my people in Ireland went unnoticed ♥️
What Bono says starting at 6:34 was as true then as it is now! Jesus..
