That said, Wave King Caesar getting to resolve twice within a turn just screws over a bunch of low powered decks that don't open their power spells(or a way to search them on Normal Summon, which is what makes Poplar so crazy).

The issue of icons is that icon borders have different shapes, not all is hexagonal and some are even animated, meaning that the OCR would have to use game assets to recreate the icon + border and that makes the program be more complexity than it is rn
I know SE is powerful but Tearlament at it's peak was far more menacing. Also from what I noticed from this tournament and regularly playing with and against SE, it brick a lot. Tearlament back then seldom brick and the painful turn 0 plays just obliterated people. 😂
