I really love the look of the all black S8. I only wish they had it in long wheelbase. In the US, the S8 comes only in long wheelbase. To me, the extra length looks sleeker.
Just wanted to comment on your statement about Diecast Zinc Rot or Paint Rash, you mentioned after 10-15 years it will start to appear on a Diecast.....IF a collector, properly takes care of the diecast models since day one, they will outlast the plastic. They key is to wax the models, keep them in a dry area and do not store them in the factory styrophone packaging.
Hi Marek :) I have a question for you. I have got the same model from Norev - Audi A8 D5. And I think the rear suspension in my model is too high. But in your model also is a bit high. Do you think it is OK?
Now when I look at it, you are right. It is 1-2mm higher than it should be (at least when I compare the space between the wheel and the fender in the front and in the rear)

I think I need to start waxing all my models then. I hope it will help. Also dry air and UV protected plexi glass.
