First the body feels cold and then we think "cold"...The sensation experienced comes before our mental description. Thats how I can experience before thinking. Just like any dumb animal can. Try this , when you are touched on the leg is the sensation experience before and without telling yourself, i was touched. And How do you know to think you are touched? Because you experience being touch as a physical sensation. What does a mind have to do with that first point of contact known to you before thinking. I am curious if you can explain to me what a mind is, where it is without getting into woo woo or spirituality, and not just believing its there because thats what has been said by others for a few hundred years. Do you have a mind? If so where is it located, ...or are you just assuming its there because of thinking what others have said before you. What do YOU think?
