I really enjoyed this class i felt very good after, I love that you can adjust the sequence to help your digestion i will be using these techniques a lot when i am bloating or feeling heavy, I learned you really target your digestion when you do twists. Thank you for this class!
Always good to give the good ol' internals a good twisting and massage. Thank you for this inspiration! I remember especially needing some good twists when being at the Doron Yoga Center -- the food and cookies were abit too delicious for me ^^
