I hadn’t been practicing for several years because I couldn’t find time for a 90 minute practice or even 60 minutes. So happy you have a number of practices between 30-45 minutes. I am now practicing most days and feel so much better even doing 30 mins each day. Eternally grateful - coping much better with the challenges of my life, in mind and body. 🙏
Perfect quick yoga class, I like how you can shorten the sequence a little bit and still feel like you got a good rounded practice in ! Feeling very grounded and strong, Thank you two for your good energy :)
I think I just did that one for the 30th time :) I feel It's a great one when you didn't to exercise during the day and want to awaken your body in a way that will also prepare it for a nice sleep night

This class is great, definitely something I could fit in every day. My upper body strength is not what it used to be. Your reminders to "smile" during upward facing dog helped me to get through it!

Thanks so much you Doron people ! Just a question about CAMEL POSE - what is it good for ? I ask because it makes me so dizzy (no other pose does that).
Hola! Camel Pose has numerous benefits including: opening the chest and improving respiration; stretching deep hip flexors; it helps us open our hips; it improves digestions and stretches abdomen; and if done correctly it releases lower back pain. If it makes you dizzy please try to keep your head with chin tucked towards the chest instead of releasing head back. Also, please note it is completely normal to feel a bit dizzy or even nauseous while practicing Camel Pose - its an intense backbend for us especially that we mostly do folds in our lives; keep pushing your hips forward, lifting your sternum up and whenever you feel dizzy focus on your breath, try to continue with long breathing both on inhale and exhale, feel the expansion of your chest and lungs, while releasing slowly lower to Childs pose and stretch your breath even more. Hopefully it will help! Namaste!
