Troubleshooting cooling issues | Yamaha Stryker #3

I've noticed my bike is overheating in Romania mountains during an extreme heat (~40C) so I've started searching why... Spoiler alert - I've done this to myself :))) Yamaha engineers didn't help too, but hey - now I know.
