I feel like, on the prowl is only meant to conserve energy on Rotation if you have 50+ i rarely see people use the active efficient

I feel like if you go that 7, you have to go quest at 1 for the heal on W.
They're synergistic, but definitely not needed for a good build. I take W on 7 frequently just because it's great poke. I never really needed the healing or bonus HP, and On The Prowl on 1 is too good to pass up with it's instant rage and regen. The only time I take W quest is in ARAM because it's way easier to get big heals and stacks.
@@ThisIsMonkeyy I disagree, once you master hitting Ws, the level 1 W quest is insane value even if you don't finish it, you get much more healing than from "on the prowl" which requires you to have constant rage
@TheLordJenkins You don't primarily take on the prowl for the healing. It's to sustain your rage, so when you come down for a flank rotation you are starting the fight with a full rage bar. The healing is just a bonus, and gives constant healing during PvE, which W at 1 simply does not do.
