After selling a couple homes in 2022, I'm anticipating a housing crisis in order to buy inexpensively. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What recommendations do you have for the best time to buy? On the one hand, I keep reading and seeing trader earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Any Advice?
I concur; I've been in frequent communication with an investing advisor for more than 17 months. I definitely remember needing inspiration to keep my business running after a protracted divorce. I researched licensing consultants, sometimes known as portfolio coaches by some.
My advisor *"Rochelle Dungca-Schreiber"* , is a highly respected financial consultant in the industry. For further information or to connect with her, a simple online search with her name will suffice. I wish you every success in your endeavors
So the monthly rent for that apartment is actually more like at least $2000 or $2200 or more? 2 bedroom apartments in DC, no matter the quadrant or neighborhood, don’t pencil out for the $1100 per month in rent in the title of your video. Not in many years. Not without a public housing program subsidy at least. So is $1100 the rent you pay for your share of the total apartment rent? Perhaps a bit higher than the other guy since you seem to have the nicer bedroom with the bathroom? Yes?
@@VuTheVoyager ok, I get it, you’re making content and driving traffic to your other videos. But, your title is kind of click-baity, cos everybody knows you can’t find a 2bdr in DC for $1100/month.
@@VuTheVoyager you pay $1100 for your half of the place? Yes? You have a nice pad in a desirable part of an expensive city, and I gather the total -market rate- rent on the entire apartment is significantly-higher than $1100.
Living just outside and i prob know where this apt is this is like 2200 aprtment how are you getting this for 1100 is this a two bedroom and your portion is 1100 ?
Need your help, my friend reached in Washington DC and now his hostel is asking him to wait for 2 days to book room. Please le me know if you can help him?

Beautiful apartment. But a two bedroom apartment in DC for $1100/month? Is that what each of you pays or is that the total monthly rent? That’s an amazing price.
I pay $1100 a month for my share of rent for the apartment and my roommate pays $700, I do the full financial breakdown in this video if you're interested: th-cam.com/video/d5Fh9qyspOs/w-d-xo.html
Thanks! Thinking of making a video doing a full breakdown of rent and associated costs so stay tuned! (and if I don't make one I'll come back and answer)
@@VuTheVoyager Waiting on that breakdown video or answer. Your video showed it is still affordable to live well in DC. Getting detailed info on cost would be nice.
