This reminded me of my momma, which i just lost her on November 6th unexpectedly 😢. She always took the hulls and made hull pie out of them for our holiday gatherings, and there was never any leftovers. Thanks for sharing 😊
I remember eating muscadines as a child. My mother tried making wine one year and several bottles exploded all over the kitchen. The smell alone would make you drunk! Also I love the bounty of pecans you have. I hope you get a new muscadine vineyard started in the woods. They are the sweetest grapes I have ever tasted.
Cut the end of a 3/8 Allen wrench and weld it to the top of the handle. Then you can use a battery power drill to run it down on the grapes and to retract it back up. Use the handle to tighten it down instead of the drill
Danny and Wanda you are so blessed. I wish I watched your video years ago, and would have Listen to you both because then I would’ve been well-established on surviving this terrible world now we have to learn to do for ourselves and our family, grow what we eat. Thank you for helping others if they listen. God bless
I admit, I covet your press. I have muscadines and wild blackberries in the freezer, waiting to be squeezed. I will make wine, for hubby to drink and to use to make homemade herbal tinctures.
You are blessed to have those wonderful grapes available on your property. The juice looks absolutely delicious, and it was interesting to learn that the heating of the juice is what weakens the flavor. I'm trying to get a couple grape vines established where I live and If I'm ever successful enough to have grapes for juicing, I will have to remember that tip.
Be sure to put some oil on the threads of that apple press. We had a $1500.00 apple press, but the threads got so worn that we had to replace it. May use either machine oil or vegetable oil.
Morning Danny and Wanda! Your muscadines look so delicious … I’m sure they taste amazing. It’s 34 degrees and sunny here in Central Alabama. Have a great day. 😊
Glad to be reminded that you have a juice press. I had been thinking… Looking forward to seeing videos of oil pressing; oil, like ground grain, is best fresh.
Good evening Mr. Danny and Ms. Wanda. Juice looked delicious. Would make some wonderful ice cubes to use to add a little flavor to a dish. Made jelly from ours this year. Thank you for sharing and have a blessed day.
I bought a press years ago. Never used it yet. Im retired and have the time now. I've got 9 apple trees, time, and the press. Will have cider next year
Thank you so much for showing us your apple press we like watching all these important and acknowledged videos you make. hopefully you can press some apple cider with that.
Freezing breaks up the walls in fruit. I freeze strawberries when in season and unless you want mushy when unfreeze you slice them and lay out on an oven pan and then put in freezer. You probally already know this as I heard you say freezing makes them juice easier. Anyways love your farm.
You can make wine out of those leavings. Ever had grappa from Italy. That’s made from grape leavings and then run thru the still after you get the alcohol up there. 89 proof and goes down and gates like wine. They make it in my town or used to in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Place got flooded in 2008 not sure if they put it back in(the still) at the liquor store. I quit drinking so u don’t go there anymore.

So this year I had 45 gallons of blackberries. So I decided to make some blackberry juice. Dang it was so good.

That grape juice came out so beautiful. Muscadines make such a good juice, not so sweet as the grapes they sell in the grocery store nowadays.

A Twofer !! 100% cold pressed organic juice ...dang ! can't get any better than that !! Love it
❤❤❤you could heat the remains and squeeze again to get a dye for cloth or yarn.
Time for a way to do more pecans faster I see! Pecan overload! Luv to see you make pecan milk.

I HAVE A PRESS AND IT REALLY MAKES THIS PROCESS SO MUCH EASIER
Wow, I wish I had that machine that looks so good. Thanks for taking the time out to share that with us Danny and Wanda. Got you both in my prayers.🙏🙏
That juice has such a beautiful jewel color to it and I’ll bet it tastes even better than it looks.
Shalom ❤

The harvest is beautiful. Thank you Lord. And I'm really interested in the venison bacon. Thumbs up.
You all are gonna have me buying a press next. I really like that better than my table top press
During a difficult time a cider press would work as a cheese press (solid tube liner being careful not to damage the slats).
That was fun! Last
Year we did cider from our orchard so yummy!
Awesome grape juice. Thanks for shay
I bought a press years ago. Never used it yet. Im retired and have the time now. I've got 9 apple trees, time, and the press. Will have cider next year
That was some awesome looking grape juice!

Morning Wanda...❤
Good morning!
Thanks for sharing! ♥️
Good morning, that grape juice sure looks good, how about a link to the nutcracker Danny did you make it?
Morning to you both. You can't beat fresh squeezed juice!! No heat keeps all the nutrients😊

Looks sooo good! Would luv to have a press

Good morning. Looks delicious.
Good morning!
Looks delicious.
Could the peels be used to make jelly?
Yummy. That sure looks good. May Jesus bless you and keep you always 💖
Looks very tasty
I made a small deer ham last year to try out, it wasn’t great. I will try the bacon this year.
I came up with a new way to make bacon I'm going to try.

Nice👍👍 Danny is there any way to attach a hopper to your nut cracker so you don't have to hand feed it one at a time? Just wondering 💝😁💝
I'm working on it
Mornin y'all 😁
Morning
Deer in central MS like to eat the muscadines.
Thank you Danny and Wanda. Do you use the skins whan you make your jelly or just the juice? Much Love ❤
No we don't
Jelly is made from only the juice.
How do you like that Kinetic Kracker for pecans?
Doors a good job with our pecans. We still have quite a few to Crack
@ ha, I saw that. You need several cold rainy days to just sit and crack
