Never thought I'd have to make a report like this - If you haven't looked at your Lego game settings, you should change the game to Invite Only as someone who I had let onto my friends list but never really spent time playing with and they tried to steal resources from my camp and one of my caves - when I kicked them they had a backpack FULL of my resources directly from my camp storage and they had destroyed beds for my villagers and they nearly left my camp and they added their own bed in my house.
*Buildings/Stations/Resources:* For people scared to destroy buildings they placed down - you will get back all the resources it took to build the building/object, including the upgrades for the crafting bench. I also recommend having two lumber mills and stone breakers if you start to need more rods, slabs and stuff like that, since it's quicker to have both going at the same time. Also, it's better to pay attention to your map - caves are marked on it, and you can mark any spot with a map mark or something like that (Utility tab, near the village square, costs only 2 granite) - so you can mark anything to come back to it! Very nice if you run out of batteries and are far from home, since you can run back and return with batteries to get your car back, and you don't have to run around looking for it. And if you need amber but don't have a good enough pickaxe yet you can also use dynamites. Just make sure there is a floor under the amber especially if it's on the surface on a side of a mountain, and you can throw a dynamite near it to get the amber! *Weapons/Health/Food:* I also really recommend using snowberries and snowberry shakes, especially in the early-ish game when you get them. They're very nice for healing mid-fight, or at least the snowberries are (the shake takes longer to drink, so it's better to just eat the berries in dangerous situations). I personally really like using crossbows, especially for things like wolves or brutes. Another thing that I recommend paying attention to is your health and what biome you're in - I would say I'm really late into the game on my main world and I still sometimes get one-shot by most things in the snowy biome. For situations like that it's very important to dodge attacks or just attack from a distance. Also - I'm pretty sure the yellowish thing that brutes shoot always one-shots you, so it's very important to pay attention to it and dodge it if you don't want to die. Another thing that is nice to know is that you can cancel eating - just try to sprint and it will cancel. I recommend not cooking food if you don't plan to eat it soon, since it doesn't take long and it may turn out useful. I had issues getting corn early game because I cooked all of it, so it took me a while to get animal treats, so it's nice to plan ahead when it comes to managing resources. Charm effects stack, so if you have three cool headed charms or three inner fire charms you can most likely be fully resistant to that temperature and have a lot of extra hearts. *Village related:* You can also break the village square if you don't like the original placement of it and you can place it back in any place within the village area (the lighter square that appears when you try to place something). If you want to destroy a village (not the square but the village as a whole) you have to have the village square placed down and use the "Destroy Village" option that appears when you interact with it. You will then get the items it took to upgrade your village, though you won't have the villagers anymore, so if you want to have the same ones in a different village you have to wait until they spawn there randomly. I also recommend giving jobs to every villager you have in your village, since they will just gather things for free (they never take stuff from your chests, even if you give them tasks like "Collecting gems" (they will give you cut amber and cut ruby I think, but they will gather it themselves)) so it's free useful things. Edit: added more things :]

Id suggest watching guides before commenting, these type of games have been around for a while and the structure for most if them is the same. Its very player reliant, you can watch guides to learn faster but learning on your own is way more fun.
The most important tip to start is the Seed, the location you will start. I picked Lakeside - 1820364159 which is right next to a lake, it has caves and desert very close by with plenty of resources. She is having one of the people staying in my village follower her and I have done the same with another, so when we go out together we are a party of 4 to battle enemies.
