Honestly, the issue isn't even that ADCs are weak per se. It's that most are designed for a version of league that has long since passed. Even with objective bounties being a thing, league is still extremely snowbally, so at like plat and below, by the time ADCs actually hit their power spikes, the game's usually been decided already.
The problem with adc in team fights is you will be behind every one and blink once and then suddenly all your health is gone by people who wernt even targeting you

its not takedowns since its damage in the last 3 second, so sometimes it looks weird on champs like senna or sivir (gets an assist but not the cd)
