This video was filmed at Byng Island Conservation area, Dunnville, Ontario, Canada in July, 2022.
The purpose of this video is to show you how Filipino-Canadians like us enjoy our life in Canada during the summer months. Camping is one activity that most Fil-Canadians really love to do.
In this event, my family, together with some friends and their families, a total of 30 people spent 2 nights in the campground, experienced life without electricity, but enjoyed the fresh air and the beauty of nature.
Experience camping, Filipino-Canadian style.
The fun activities we did are:
1. Experiencing the setting up of tents
2.Experiencing sleeping in the tents
3. Cooking on portable gas stove
4. Using lamps with batteries at night
5. Bonfire every night and making S'mores
6. Fun eating together picnic style featurung "boodle fight" style
7. Playing card games and having fun
8. Swimming at the largest outdoor pool in Canada
9, Boating/paddling
10. Playing ball games
