- Hello, and welcome to my channel! Himalayan salt scratching videos are one of my favourite videos to make! I have been making these videos since the start of my channel, but it has been a while since I made a new one. Many of you have expressed how much you enjoy them, so I hope you enjoy this one equally (or more! hehe). This video consists of fast and aggressive textured scratching (and some scratchy tapping) on a variety of Himalayan salt lamps, candle holders, and blocks. I had so much fun with this one!

How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

Omg my grandma has a Himalayan salt lamp that my family gave her!! It's so cool and once when I was 6 I tried to lick the lamp and I even succeeded and surprisingly nothing happened, I am a very big Salt fan so I couldn't resist,good thing that now I won't do it lol. omg I've always loved the selenite crystal candle holder.. I remember watching your circular scratching video (I think it has the selenite candle holder as thumbnail) and got so many tingles it was amazing! It was the first time I've ever had tingles and I'll never forget the experience! what i said: hey i have a really cool suggestion for a video! i wasn't sure if i should make a comment here or like on your latest instagram post (your puppy is so adorable btw!) but i decided here is a safe bet, anvwho in a recent video of Asmr CHILL's (they make a ton of videos so if u did check it out it might be hard to find but i think it has chocolate in it) they had the mic with the foam cover on and put a little glass dish? container? some small thing to keep like jewelry perhaps and they were scratching on it and omg! it sounded so good! since I know that you love texture glass scratching I thought you might be interested in this and maybe would want to try it? hope you consider!
