- Hello, and welcome to my channel! This is a highly recommended video, and it has been so long since my last frosted glass scratching video! I hope you enjoy :)

How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

My brain is literally melting from the soothing circular scratching on that first candle 😴 circular scratching always gets me. The frosted glass sounds almost fuzzy! Glass isn't always my thing because it's a bit of a higher-pitched sound, but the texture of these is just a little more muted and comfortable.
Yes glass sounds that are thick or dense are the best 😍
Thank you so much!! I’m not a fan of high pitched glass sounds either, so I try to find glass that is as dense as possible, or I fill it with something to get rid of the high pitched ring! It’s a personal preference of course. Have a great night! ❤️❤️

Excellent ASMR video. Love the very first item, that glass candle. The glass isn't smooth, but frosted I think which gives it more of a scratchy sound. 👍🏻😊❤️

I think the sound of nails tapping on foundation bottles is my favourite and most oddly-specific ASMR trigger.

Frosted glass is one of the most underrated triggers ever! Definitely one of my favorites, but you don’t see it in a lot of videos unfortunately.
