the problem with those dumbbells is that they will be loose in to time, newer dumbbels come welded into one piece, no loose bolts and screws..

берешь ветку дерева нужной толщины зачищаешь и красишь
берешь цемент песок клей эпоксид и нарезаную стеклоткань и заливаешь блины в форну
одеваешь блины на прут закрепляешь шурупами с краев готово гантели сделаны
