I am working with Public Sector Bank and completed 15 years service. I have kideny transplant in 2013 and now i am getting dementia type of sysmptoms. Some times i forget temporarily and loose cool very easily, which was not case earlier. I feel due to daily doses of heavy medicines, make me so. In this case please guide me on following points
1. Am i eligible for invalid pension.
2. Do my son get job if i get invalid pension.
3. Do i get help from you or any professional who can help me in guide through entire process successfully

Sir, please clarify w.r.t. invalid pension calculation wherein you have told that (Basic Pay + DA) = Emolument for the purpose of Invalid pension. However, in superannuation pension cases - only Basic Pay is considered as Emolument. Is it right? As far as I know, calculation of Emolument for invalid pension is also like Emolument for superannuation pension. Please elucidate.

What is the merits and demarits of invalid pension who retired after 15or 17years retired in1988. At thetime of retired PPO issued by RO was service pension with disability elements but after 14 yrs in RSMB med board remove the disability elements. Now after migration in sparsh they issued invalid pension. Now what will I do if no any merit in it? So kindly explain the matter eatly as possible. what to do for resume of ser vice pension?

I have been retired on 31/03/2018 and tIhere were criminal & Departmental case were pending against me and decided on 28/11/2023 withholding pension & gratuity under CCS(Pension) Rules,2021. Can the Rules of pension amended on and applicable since 20.12.2021 are applicable to pensioners retired on 31.03.2018 or otherwise,please. guide me as to file an appeal against order for which I shall be obliged.

Respected sir, i m in military service. Last year, a road accident was happened while I was on casual leave. In my case disability is not attributed or not aggravated and I taking volunteer retirement next year after 15 years service. Am i eligible for invalid pension or not?
