I also run Earth rite rune with a natura engine. Storm elementalists is insanely good in Earth rite even better than Aero. I usually use her on dark mage amulet before it selfdestructs and set it again switching the order again and having damage reduction, draw and healing forever. Alternatively if u use her on Aether Golem amulet you can use the amulet again as a 2 pp deal 3 to an enemy follower.
On turn seven if u Evo her and have an aether amulet out she can heal u for 2 and u can do 9 damage go the enemy board (3 from her Evo, 6 from playing aether amulet twice). Which is crazy good 😁

The only issue I see with this is if you play Dark mage early, it can interfere with Aero elementalist fanfare. So it's more for the damage reduction.
