Pride of Broken Arrow 2015

The Pride of Broken Arrow High School Marching Band performs their (unfinished) 2015 production, "Wild Blue Orchid" for the community a week before Grand Nationals. This is an annual event where all are invited and a canned good donation is encouraged for admission. Items go to BA Neighbors, a local food pantry. Temp and humidity weren't ideal and my mic gain was too high. Sorry! Also, sorry for the front ensemble blockage. The flag work on the props at the end was replaced with dance work and air-powered, wild blue streamers.
Musical selections: Shostakovich's Festive Overture. Jazz Suite No. 2, Mvt. 6. Symphony No. 10, Mvt. 3. Piano Concerto No. 2, Mvt. 2. Symphony No. 5, Mvt. 4.
The Pride tweaked and cleaned the show, resulting in the following scores at BOA Grand Nationals:
Prelims - 95.50 (1st place)*
Semifinals - 97.20 (2nd place + High Visual)
Finals - 97.50 (1st place + High Visual[tie] & High GE)
*captions are not awarded in Prelims
This marks the Pride's 3rd BOA Grand National Championship - 2006, 2011 and 2015.
