When teaching any form of exercise it is suggested that we ask the clients/ patients to demonstrate the exercise - In this practice session the client should be asked to demonstrate the Tripod breathing technique😊

@@movementmastersphysio_50 Yeah. Absolutely. 5mins is ridiculously short time for physios. I mean physios talk alot 😀
But when it comes to the technique, I heard they always suggest to focus only on what is asked. Like if the question is to mobilize but the pt is lying on bed, We can even ask the pt if they can come to sitting on their own (and ask the pt to do so if they say yes) cause the marks is for making them walk/use an aid not for making them come from supine to sit. I think that helped me alot to trim the activities as required.

Actually I am having a big concern about me coming to canada.... because they have implemented break system ......and currently I have two subjects in third year which I am going to appear this month.....
And final year subjects will be held on Feb
