Thanks for answering my question very insightful. I’m based near London and how have to charge by time rather than distance and can do really well as your doing less miles but you need to have the right customers or shippers and need a lot of patience 😂.
Once you get an end user customer what do you offer them? Will you then post the job on the CX or do it yourself?

Yes, not a clue how to price round London
I have a feeling it’s mileage plus little extra
Based on the area but that will come with time & networking
Depends on my week, if it fits in the van & Im not already on a job - I’ll take it
If not it will be put to my list of sub contractors then on CX
