    Thank you I love this stitch. Can you make a video with this stitch showing a complete blanket with a border.

    So simple, but so pretty. You're right - it's perfect for blankets, scarves, shawls, or whatever you choose.

    Beautiufl stitch! LOVE the Yarn Bee. It is SO wonderfully soft. I'd still bump it up a hook size or two. I like the looser look. Thank you for showing us this!

    I love this pattern! I normally am not fond of double crochet stitch patterns, but this doesn't have gaps the way a normal double does. Thank you!

    Stash Buster! This would be great in cotton yarn for wash cloths or hot pads.

    Another nice stitch, I may try it for one of my donation blankets. I've stopped using ch3 on my projects, I prefer the alt turning chain so there are no gaps, looks great with this stitch on my swatch.

    You started with 10 changes but ended up with 7. Your count loses 3. Is that right. So if I want a 10 count I would chain 13?

    • @cathyt8459
      @cathyt8459 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      Yes. Remember that the first row starts in the 4th chain from the hook. Those 3 stitches become the first double crochet in that row.

    Glenda, I have two blankets I started at different times but can't remember the name of the stitch and don't remember how to do it. Do you have a list of stitches with a photo next to the sample so I can figure it out. Thank you!

    You didn't explain the 2 double crochets in each chain starts with just a half DC then the 2nd is a dc....I had to watch the video a few tines because my work didn't seem right...then I just followed your stitching and noticed what to do
