Blood test and know whether you are immune to rubella or not . If you are not immune then you need to get vaccinated for the same . Congenital rubella causes birth defects in babies and miscarriages .

hello dear, it shows the risk in later trimesters so don't panic. go for double marker test. change your regular salt to rock salt and keep regular walks. you can protect pre-eclampsia and fetal growth restriction with proper diet

Discuss about GTT (glucose tolerance test ) with your doctor and get it done to know the risk . If it’s found high you can control with diet or medicines from now itself

Hello, Gender of the baby can be accurately identified at anomaly scan or around 16 weeks scan in some countries. In India, sex determination is illegal as per the norms.
