Hello, as I booked htx imt last week and was searching for related videos and guess what.. This channel is authentic.. So, you mentioned it's avg is terrible in city that is b/w 8 to 10 now I'm really worried about it... My main drive will be within city and that too in Noida... Btw which is the model you driving htk?

Deepanshu for sure IMT 1.0 litre turbo is having mileage issue, I have been using since 1.6 years booked in prelaunch. IMT 1.0 turbo engine has only advantage of clutch less hasslefree drive in cities, but poor in mileage which isgiving me not more than 10 KMPL in cities and towns. Definitely pathetic situation of buyers w.r.to mileage. otherwise build quality and driving experience is excellent with this HTX IMT 1.0 ltr car.

​​@@akshayjawa5988 actually no. HTK has 1.2l naturally aspirated engine and manual transmission whereas HTX has 1.0l turbo engine with iMT transmission.
So there is alot of difference between HTK and HTX.

If a well powered car is giving better mileage only at lower speeds, the purpose of having all that power is in vain. Even if we drive at 100-120, we should get decent mileage. I agree mileage can drop if you are over 120.

I have HTX Petrol automatic.. in city it’s giving only 7.2 to 9 only..

Mileage calculation always should be tank to tank and auto cut system.do not top up your tank upto the neck,it may cause fire because there is no space for gas which very normally generate from petrol, diesel, kerosene . never never top up your fuel upto the neck of the tank.always auto cut.safety first.

I also owned Kia sonet HTX petrol...it gives 8-9 kms average in city ..in highway I have received 18 kms average in mid.

Yes u r totally right.. city driving conditions mein 8-9 is d max .. and highway 17-18 oly wen I drive less den 80km/hr .. 100-120 speed with Ac on .. mileage is less den 13kmpl

I am a new driver.
And I don't have confidence to drive mannual comfortably and feels irritated on pressubg clutch again and again
I have booked creta ex diesel but seeing the road conditions I am leaning towards seltos imt petrol
Which will have similar mileage.
Do imt petrol is worth it or should I buy diesel and practise my driving

See brother.. imt is jus like automatic.. n for learning wise it’s very much important dat u get your hands and legs expert on a manual car..
and diesel manual is d best option if u looking for mileage… Sonet diesel has a very good mileage of 20+ with less price difference between petrol diesel.
Creta diesel is even great for mileage.. u get around 17+
And if u want imt den u can go for seltos .. bigger car and it does not hav turbo in it.. so city mileage will better den sonet.
