    Bogus ! He doesn't even mention my favorite shock of all time....Gabriel ! They invented the hydraulic shock absorber. They are reasonably priced, very reliable, are long lasting, and are the industry standard for a great performing stock. Gabriel has sold more shocks worldwide than everybody else ! Gabriel also invented the first adjustable hydraulic shock ! Number One on my list !

    I'll spell it out. Voice and pronunciation is 1st thing. Incorrect information largely everywhere.
    This is an enterprise by someone hoping to gain revenue through advertising. It's not a bad idea but is it really helpful?
    This may be created by someone who has tried to do diligent research or it may be a result of using AI to trawl the internet. If it is the latter, expect a tsunami of that to largely ruin the internet. It seems most people are too caught up in the struggle of life to see what is coming.

      Agreed. Had a set of Monroe Oespectrum fail on me in less then a year and less then 10k miles. Shock was covered in oil and was basically dead when I took it off.
      Boss got Oespectrum against my advice and they failed 3 months later
      A customer had their Oespectrum fail within a year as well.
      Way back in the day, Monroe was one of the best but now they're making absolute garbage. I don't know about their other "premium" shocks but In My Opinion, stay far away from their Oespectrum line...
      Unfortunately because it's cheap to get, people keep getting them

    I like Bilstein but I can't find 4600, B4 or B6 for my Honda Civic. I guess they don't make shocks for low performance cars. Which brings me to KYB Gas-a-Just. Are these shocks comparable to Bilstein B4 and/or B6?

    • @SArtisto1
      @SArtisto1 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I got both. Gas-a-Just on my classic car and B4s on my Volvo.
      The Gasajusts are comfortable in minor bumps and provide great feeling on the highway but ride a lot rougher on the crappy bumpy streets I commute on 😅
      The B4s are firm but are a bit more forgiving in comparison, even on bumps. Of course these are two very different cars/ suspension setups but I prefer the B4s
      Excel-G from KYB are also good. They ride softer then the GasAJusts

      Do the Bilstein ride better than other OEM shock absorbers?

    • @zelowatch30
      @zelowatch30 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@SArtisto1Are they smoother? Never tried different shocks just cars with adaptive dampers which you definitely feel the difference.

    • @SArtisto1
      @SArtisto1 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @zelowatch30 The Bilstiens were a bit stiff at first, but that's probably because I also put new springs on my car and it took a few weeks for the springs to settle.
      Adaptive dampers are a whole different technology, not fair to compare the two.
      If the car is like a mid luxury car or something higher end, I'd go with Bilstiens. If it's a regular civic/ford/chevy/ commuter car I'd go with KYBs. Just avoid Monroes like the plague 😂

      @@zelowatch30 I don't think so, but I could be wrong. MY main reason for favoring Bilstein is their longer lasting performance. I base this on anecdotal data.

    Monroe suspension is the best among all. In my Hyundai venue I changed to Monroe and I feel the difference.
    I am not able to understand, why Hyundai's SUV car suspensions are very stiff (uncomfortable while riding) as compared to other SUV cars like Maruti Suzuki vitara brezza, Toyota urban cruiser, Ford ecosport, Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano etc.
    I purchased my venue car on Mar-2021. I had a similar problem with my suspension. Raised a complaint to the service centre but they told our technician will drive the car and check. Then they driven the car and said like- all Hyundai SUVs are like this sir. So I finally on my own changed my socker to Monroe and now I fill the difference. It's extremely smooth and awasome comfort. Thanks to Monroe suspension.
