This parade is not at all dull in the eyes of a 2 year old! The look on my daughters face as she waved to each.character was absolutely PRICELESS and I get teary eyed just thinking about it!
I will always love this parade, mostly because my family got to be the grand marshals!!! It was an experience I will never forget. While we were watching a street show, this man came up to us and started talking to my mom, and she really wanted to start riding stuff. When he asked us to be the grand marshals of the parade she obviously said yes!! It was so fun and I wish that this parade was still at Disney, even though I love festival of fantasy!!
And I always thought of how fun it must have been to be one of the dancers in that parade. Well I still have a chance to be one of the dancers in the festival of fantasy parade when I'm older!!
I love this one, my favorite of the Magic Kingdom daytime parades since the one they had, man must have been 10 years ago when they pulled kids out of the crowd to do things with the character... my brother and I always got the brooms from Fantasia. :D
What a crazy coincidence, this is from the day I was a Grand Marshall of the parade. That's me in the Perry the Platypus shirt. So glad this is on youtube!
My Girlfriend wanted to watch this parade and I was not game for it at all but when it started I was so wrong. It was a great parade and when the characters whould look at you so you can take a pic was cool too. I cant wait to see it again. Plus we went in Nov 2012 and I still cant get that darn sound out of my head...
I agree they could add more to this parade but I think they should keep the music because it really brings the magic to it! Sadly, I'm not going to Disney this year but me and my family are going next year, the first time I went here was in 2009 and I was 9 and this was the parade and has been to this day! I was so mesmerized when I first saw it! I had just had my Princess Makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and the genie bowed to me when he saw me and I was smiling like mad! It was great!
I still love it because it's got my favorite characters, a catchy song, and it's Disney! But seeing how well they did with the parade of dreams at Disneyland, I just know they could do better..
I LOVE THIS PARADE! i went for my birthday! i nearly cried tears of happiness!!!!! it was soooooooooooooooooooo BEAUTIFUL! ARIEL SAID HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! AAAAAH!!!
I know many like to compare Disneyland's 'Parade of Dreams' and WDW's 'Celebrate a Dream Come True' due to their similarities in music ('Welcome' and 'Celebrate You'), show stops, and overall routines, but both are/were great!
Thank you so much, Mr. Undercover Tourist! You capturing Pinocchio all Happy got me up to practice his moves! So when I am old enough, I am going to Be Pinocchio on that float! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
By the way, the first time I went, I somehow got Pinocchio to blow me a kiss from his float during the Electrical Parade and I know because I was like the only kid sitting on the second floor of this restaurant kind of place... I was embarrassed the rest of the night, red face and all and dad never let me live it down... Not that it was a bad thing, I was just like... Ooooh my God hes sooooo cuuuute....
I love this parade but the last time I went in 2004 I swear most of the floats were the ones here just with different decoration. It would be nice to see different floats like Disneyland does.
it was soo fun when i went but i saw the one at night because when we got therethe paradie was already ending at day so we said the lights and stuff at night it was amazing the castle was beautiful at night and alice and wonderland talked to me i was sooo happy
Its a nice enough parade. I saw it in 2011. But nothing compares to the amazing parades of the 90's. What happened to Mickey Mania and Remember the Magic parade?!?!
was just there 2 weeks ago and this is the parade i saw while i was there i wish i had more than 1 day to spend there, now im back home about 3000 miles away anyone know where i can find the mp3 for this song?
If you look back, they used to have 2 parade stops where they would do "Celebrate You". Anyone know why they cut them out? They did the same thing to the afternoon parade at Hollywood Studios.
We went to Magic Kingdom on the 14th. We were picked to ride in the Grand Marshals limo completely at random. a Disney employee approached us and asked us a bunch of questions I assumed were for a survey, then she asked if we would be interested in riding in the parade. We were just regular park guests, not VIP's. Who would say no to that??

for me one of the great soundtracks and best parade of all was, Remember the Magic, on the 25th Anniversary of WDW. The music is awesome!
I miss Disney World so much :(

I went to Magic Kingdom three days ago, and I have to say that the princes that they hire are REALLY good looking. ;D
best parade ive ever been to LOL
I was looking back on pictures from years ago. Some of these floats have been used since the "Remember the Magic" Parade from the 25th anniversary....
it was soo fun when i went but i saw the one at night because when we got therethe paradie was already ending at day so we said the lights and stuff at night it was amazing the castle was beautiful at night and alice and wonderland talked to me i was sooo happy
Question, What type of camera did you use to record this?
the king and queen
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a video of the day we were in the parade. I've been on the look out all week.
i was here a day ago and got chills XD and im a 18 year old guy lol it was too much for me btw it was my first time
Why were those people in the car at the start? Were they selected or were they some VIP guests
Its a nice enough parade. I saw it in 2011. But nothing compares to the amazing parades of the 90's. What happened to Mickey Mania and Remember the Magic parade?!?!

Agreed! :)
I think this parade is neat cuz there are characters that are not seen all the time...however, it is dull and the music could use an update
