NOW DAYS COMPANIES HAVE MADE THEIR OWN RULES ABOUT EMPLOYESS DAYS OFF REQUEST. NOW DAYS THEY WANT TO TELL YOU IF YOU REQUEST SOME DAYS OFF YOU NEED TO FIND AN EMPLOYEE TO COVER YOU. GUESS WHAT NO I DONT, THATS YOUR JOB AS A COMPANY. NOW IF I WANT A DAY OF THAT WEEK AND I HAVEN'T SPOKEN IN ADVANCE IN THAT CASE YES IT'S MY JOB. TO FIND SOMEONE . BUT I F I TELL YOU 2 WEEKS OR 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE IS YOUR JOB AS A MANAGER TO WORK YOUR STAFF AROUND . ALOT OF COMPANIES DO STUFF LIKE THIS WHICH IS CALLED JOB EXPLOTION.

Doesnt work. The site is so broken, it doesnt even let me log in eventhough I enter the same stuff as in the app making it impossible to request time off.
