My god i love this song. I don't get how they never got more recognition after clone high. It was such a great show. I heard they were trying to bring it back, hopefully they can make a glorious retyrn to writing the theme music.
Phillip Clark hearing its officially coming back this year was probably the only good thing that’s happened in 2020.

hey, i looked into the lethal killers song, and Tommy stated that he wrote Armed to the Teeth album when he was in a slump. Now, according to Tommy, this album is more joyful and talks about how he overcame those troubling times

Alright, here's my two cents on what this song possibly means. Again, I just want to clarify that this is just my interpretation. Anyway, I think the song explores themes of existentialism, the search for meaning, and the acceptance of the natural order of things.
For example, in the opening lines, "I can push the buttons/ I can wrestle with the phantoms," it suggests a struggle with control and understanding of the world. Despite efforts to manipulate or comprehend life, the protagonist realizes that "the best things happen naturally." This highlights the futility of trying to force outcomes or understand everything through rational means.
The repeated refrain of "There's nothing I can say to you; the sublime currency is true" underscores a sense of acceptance and resignation. The concept of "sublime currency" seems to represent a higher power or cosmic force that transcends human understanding. It's something that cannot be explained or rationalized but is nonetheless real and powerful.

Best concert I ever saw in person was them opening for Garbage in Vegas when Shirley was feeling sick and Butch had like an ear infection and was out. AP sounded AMAZING. Their cover of Army of Me was mind blowing.

Agreed, i think sublime is my leats favorite album(note that doesnt mean its bad, just i prefer the other 2) But 9 billion is a song that really resonated with me, not just in the fact that it sounded straight off of humanistic mixed with some newer sounds but its legitimately a good song on its own right, the way he sings the chorus is incredible in that song. Easily my fav off the album right above behemoth and unrehearsed which are also 2 fantastic songs

This is just my opinion. I am a big fan of Abandoned Pools. Armed to the Teeth is one of my favorite albums but you can't say this is like the old stuff. I am not saying this is terrible but wait, it is compared to the old stuff.

9 Billion was fucking fantastic, but I see where they're coming from. SC was completely different than humanisitc and ATTT. It was good, but the jarring difference might have put some people off.
