Perfect timing, I have a ton of riffs, verses and chorus i've recorded, but having trouble putting together complete songs. I get to the first and/or second (Intro/break, verse, chorus) and don't know where to go after that point. I would love to hear more about creative processes. Great job! BTW: I do not sing! and I have never wrote a song (notes, lyrics), but I do want to write songs lyrically.

@@rcdmrl Whilst this is generally true and the common consensus about punk music - it inadvertently follows certain rules and is easily explained with theory. But that's what I love about music! Pretty much no matter which way you want to look at it (whether 'feeling' it, or processing it through your analytical mind), results are able to be obtained whichever way suits you best. All you need to do is find a way to get the results you want, and you can then do whatever you want with it.
Me and a online friend have just started to take our “music career” seriously…we even have a band name “THËRÅPÏS”…I’ve already released 2 songs on sound cloud but they don’t sound how I want it too but we really wanna take this seriously…so I’m here for advice lol…wish me luck we plan to meet up when we’re 18 Just in case there are any concerned people my band mate is a girl that is my age we have been on call before she’s not some creep lol
In a country like mine (Sweden) where those "dots and rings" are used, that name becomes a bit weird... The "Å" letter makes the name look like "The Raw Piss" to a Swede... :)
I use Ableton as my main DAW (digital audio workstation). But honestly, it doesn't matter which program you use between the major players like Protools, Studio 1, Reaper, Cubase, Ableton or Logic. Special shout out to Reaper as it's a fully functional DAW that costs $40 (but can be used for free indefinitely.
Not sure if this is sarcasm or not. Loads of ACDC songs have many more chords than this. For Those About to Rock, Thunder Struck, back in black, you shook me all night long, etc...

You've got most of the process down, a few more steps and you've got a song. I'll make a video going into more depth about this. Thank you for asking.
