I think negan sees a little of carl in judith, negan never got to see carl's soft or gentle side but when judith is being threatening she embodies carl a bit, especially with her wearing carl's hat. I think negan sees judith as a second chance to be a better person.
She is the reason Negan turned around and realized he needed to help the people around him not dominate them. Carl got him to the door but she made him walk through it.
Their friendship should be treasured. Let anything happen to Judith and Negan sees it, damn is he going to torture the hell out of who hurt her. I hope they stay safe and are friends for eternity

But Rick's group's actions, indirectly sanctioned by Jesus, got Abraham killed. Daryl got Glenn killed. CORAL, got the others at Alexandria killed. Except for Spencer. He got himself killed trying to cozy up to Negan and get Rick killed.
Judith shot at Negan's bike because she missed him. That scene with her in her pajamas the morning she caught him leaving was too precious. From her ill fitting clothes, to her noticing he'd gone in her room and took her compass was just adorable. Like she told her mom, he listens to her. I think despite knowing their version of the things he's done and having listened to his version and being treated so well by him, Judith loves him. I think she also has to be reserved at times regarding her affection for him because her other BFF/Uncle/Father figure hates his guts. Yet just as Daryl comes around on Negan, Maggie returns with her son and throws a monkey wrench into everything. As Maggie and her crew confidently walk into Alexandria (as Negan is helping rebuild), the tension is palpable. It'll be interesting to see how things pan out in season 11. Something tells me with the Reapers hot on Maggie's tail, they're going to need him. I've not read the comics so I don't know.
