Great one. Today, for the first time it happened to me, file separation at the very end of MB canal cause patient suddenly asked something while filing and it broke, i was very nervous as it was my sir's chamber. Sir said it was okay, but i wasn't okay at all 😅 I'm worried as hell and continuously thinking about it the whole day ,then exactly planning to retrieve it with H file in this way in my head then searched for any video to help my thoughts. And i got this video. I'm really feeling confident about it now otherwise i was about to question my whole ability in dentistry 😅😅

Bro what are the chance of pushing the broken file if it's present on apical 3rd during bypassing process as I feel it's a kind of blind procedure to begin with (of course you can take x ray in case of doubt )
