Thanks for the info. I got the package installed that I got from you the queen was in great shape. It was just warm enough here to do the traditional shake ! With it being later in the day I left the package with stragglers inside the hive and added a top feeder to it. Did have to wait two extra days to check on queen release due to cooler weather. she was out walking and backing up into the provided comb. I will be going in for a full inspection tomorrow the 30th to see how well she is laying and on the general health of the colony. Thanks for the time and advice that you share !
Jason I like your video but it’s been my experience in cold weather installing bees to NOT leave them the package shake them in. I have better survival??

What kind of fondant do you use.
I use two different brands. But in this case I’m using Strong Microbials with Apis Bioligics.
