Thank you for keeping all the beneficial bacteria! I’m using your milk to make kefir at home with kefir grains

This is the best milk brand available in the US. Worth every cent. This is especially great for making yogurt at home. Make it once and you will never go back to any other organic brands again. But this doesn't taste that great in tea, curiously. So we get Horizon for tea and kalona for yogurt

145C doesn’t kill H-pylori. It needs to be 161C and higher.

    What is grade A ??????

Hello Tatiana. Grade A milk is produced under specific sanitary conditions-on the dairy farm and in the dairy plant-that are established and regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All fluid milk sold for human consumption in the U.S. is Grade A. Grade B milk, which does not meet these standards, is regulated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and can be used in products such as cheese, butter, and non-fat dry milk. We hope this helps!
