I like how Barb manages to literally slap Flint out of his second thoughts behind destroying the FLDMSR but says that she was only trying to slap the mosquitoast about to bite him as an excuse.

Five reasons why Chester V is the best non-Disney and Pixar twist villain:
He perfectly shows hints and foreshadowings of his villainy and evil plans several times in the movie before the big reveal. We could also tell the camera footage Live Corp put together of the cheespiders in the water trying to learn to swim was fake and just replayed edited footage of cheespiders bathing in water and waking in and out of it.
His goal perfectly makes sense which is to use Flint’s FLDMSRs to make foodimals to use to make Live Corp’s food bar 2.0 to sell to the residents of the world and have humans eat the food that the FLDMSR makes in a safe way and also get rich and famous off it in the process.
He easily manipulated Flint into helping him and Live Corp find the FLDMSR through his fake lies of the foodimals the FLDMSR makes being evil and the machine must be destroyed to do and manipulated Flint’s friends into turning against Flint as they begin to learn the truth until they reconcile in the climax similar to King Candy/Turbo’s lies and manipulations towards Ralph which ruined his friendship with Vanelope that he later reconciled after he learns the truth in Wreck-It-Ralph and Doug and Bellwether’s manipulations towards Judy that ruined her Friendship with Nick before she reconcile it with him at the end in Zootopia. As well as how Stinky Pete, Yokai, and Lotso manipulated Woody, Andy’s toys, Hiro and Anna in Frozen, the second and third Toy Story movies and Big Hero 6.
The big reveal behind him being the villain where after Flint realizes that Sam was right and the foodimals are not dangerous or evil after all but are harmless just like real animals with him plugging the BS5 into the FLDMSR and it reprogramming it to obeying live corp instead of destroying it and all the foodimals was executed perfectly.
Chester perfectly reveals a lot of his villainy and antagonism onscreen after the big reveal and has No redemption/heel face turn or half-baked redemption (Much like Tank in Surf’s Up 2: Wave Mania, or Abraham Van Helsing and Zeta in Hotel Transylvania: Summer Vacation and The Angry Birds Movie 2.) before his death at the end by being killed and eaten by the Cheesespider giving him laser-guided karma for all his actions, making him the first example of a Sony Pictures Animation villain to die at the end (After the FLDMSR in the first movie before it was revealed to have survived the explosion, Green Goblin and The Prowler in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and the Spot in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and the evil cell phone in Mitchells Vs. The Machines, etc.)

And this movie is not funny at all when I saw this in theaters. Me and the audience never laughed once throughout the movie. Unfunny food puns everywhere! And bad animation with the character animation that Animat has to take off his glasses in order to watch the movie that it's so painful to watch the characters how they movie and how they design. And a lot of characters here are useless and pointless that contribute to nothing to the plot at all. Cloudy with the chance that this sucks 2. Animat seal of garbage! 2/10. 🗑️
