All your videos are very helpful. Thank you. I do have a couple of questions though. Do I put my cemetery cremation plot in the living trust? Also, how do I determine which kind of deed is proper, the quick claim or the grant deed for transferring the house. If my husband and I are listed on the original deed as joint tenants do I automatically have the right of survivorship or do I need to do one of the survivorship deed?

Hi Edmund @treeoflifelawfirm, Thanks for educating us. I'm grateful for your help. I have a specific question about listing assets in the Living Trust Schedule A. If the trust is a beneficiary of an asset upon death of the grantor, would I list that asset in Schedule A? For example, California DMV allows a very easy way to specify a "Transfer on Death" (TOD) beneficiary for vehicles. That beneficiary can be an individual or an entity such as a trust. Rather than changing the current ownership of my vehicles to the trust, I am simply recording with the DMV (for $10 per vehicle) that the trust is the TOD beneficiary. I have a few other assets like retirement accounts where I have listed the trust as a contingent beneficiary. In all these cases where the trust is a primary or secondary beneficiary, should I list those assets in Schedule A? I am asking because the trust is only a beneficiary not the owner of those assets. Thank you.

You never mentioned the free trust maker you initially talked about. I stayed to the entire presentation and nothing was mentioned😮

Exactly! In the free living trust class, he never mentioned the good free living trust maker, he said that he would tell at the end of his video. That is the tactic that he used to keep the audiences watching until the end of his presentation! The so-called free living trust class is actually for the advertising of his workshop that costs $297, ít is about 2 hours long with no options to forward or backward the video. You have to watch straight until the end and the title of the video doesn’t match the content

I don't know if the 6-12 months and the spouse dies. I am guessing it is probably years after.
