You're a genius to figure that out, this old man says you need a complete administration not a plan, with a NICER approved administration lawyer performing dozens of steps to avoid the Estate Plan forgers, Trust counterfeiters, and quit claim jumping title deed thieves. Hello thanks so much for all of your information I have a question my mom lives in the state of Mississippi I just recently went to visit her and she showed me her will and Trust and I noticed that the last name she only used was my married name and I used my maiden name still what should I do she named me as her trustee I do remember one of your other video saying that you need to have everything spelled correctly could you give me some advice also should we make copies because she's in Mississippi I'm in California thank you so much for your help

The answer is NO. A will is only when a few persons are in the Trust. If the Trust has only ONE person, you don't need a will.
