Bay City Rollers t in the park was magnificent.I go every year to t in the park and this year Bay City Rollers stood out.They really sounded a very polished act. They were the best band there by far and the audience just went crazy.If this guys can just get on with each other a little better they will go far.Hear they have a new generation of young roller fans in China and Japan.
Thanks for this Chris! Was great to watch and to hear from Woody and that they are planning on a World Tour too. I so wish I could go to Scotland in December to see Les, Alan and Woody and the Legendaries at The Hydro, but sadly I can't, too far so too expensive for me 😞 xx
Another side note: In the movie "Love Actually", in the funeral scene of Liam Neeson's wife, they show pics of her dressed in Tartan and they are playing "Bye Bye Baby" ;D
It’s a great shame that they fall out so often. Now Les has recently said he’d never work with Woody ever again. It would be so good and so beneficial to Les and Woody if they could just shape up and make up then get Eric back on board and tour again. Even an attempt to drag Derek out of retirement would be a good move then maybe see if Pat would rejoin them for a tour. No more of this Les McKeown’s Bay City Rollers stuff, just The Bay City Rollers. Return to a band, not a brand.

Just a side note.The movie Conjuring 2 is no1 in the DVD charts now and the Bay City Rollers posters appear in the girls bedrooms.

Maybe Woody or Les should just give the band a completely new name?
