Honestly, these are 2 of the most closely matched teams of 2024, strengths and weaknesses of each team pair up to make a really exciting game. It could come down to game management with Smith definitely having an undeniable edge. If Grubbs progress as OC isn’t a fluke or a sputtering hit or miss, then his contribution will be impactful for better or worse. Healthy and firing on all cylinders, these are the only two teams capable of keeping pace with the Lions and potentially walk off winning against Detroit. That’s not going to be a popular perspective with casual fans but that doesn’t change the fact that this very well could be a huge factor in redefining the playoff results. This is quintessential December football and both teams are certain to not disappoint. ✌️

Jordan Love the last 3 games is 22-33 for 344 yards. 3 TDs and no Ints. With a passer rating of 131.4. I think the bye has helped hl get healthy and you can see how much better he's been playing as of late.
Came here to comment on how good he’s been against blitz. Not sure why that was her takeaway. Any QB is going to be worse when pressured. Josh Meyers gave up a ton of pressures against DET.
Love Mina, but a bit confused about this whole "Jordan is awful against the blitz" narrative she seemed to be really pushing. He's been fantastic against the blitz since the bye week when he's been able to actually move in the pocket. There were like a couple plays in the Lions game where he had a defender in his lap in under a second, then they adjusted and he was great against the blitz in the second half. I guess I'm just not really seeing a huge concern there unless you are only looking at season-long stats (which he definitely struggled when his mobility was hindered). I could be wrong of course, she knows more than me. haha

Love is NOT as proficient on the road as he is at home. Until last week when he only attempted 20 passes bcuz Lafleur doesn't trust him and Jacobs was a workhorse at Detroit, Love has thrown an interception in EVERY road game this season. The Hawks are started to force Qbs into ints bcuz of scheme and new talent at LB. 4 straight games intercepting opponents Qbs including two take it to the crib pick 6's. Fudge Packer backers better hope Jacobs is a beast and shreds Seattle because without Jacobs, Love will be harrassed into mistakes. Packer fans haven't watched the Hawks past 4 games, so any opinions are pre-bye, pre-OL cohesiveness with 3 new starters and 2 new backers.
